Warranty
Arden Homes offers all new homeowners (2) warranty request documents: one after the first sixty days of your move in date and one after the first year. More detailed information regarding our warranty process can be seen on page six of our New Homeowner’s Manual. You can find this manual located under the New Homeowner’s Manual under the ‘About’ tab.
Once you hit ‘submit’, your warranty form will be automatically sent to warranty@ardenhomes.com and you will be contacted within (2) business days of our receiving of the list. At this time, a representative from Arden will schedule an appointment to review the list with you and schedule out any needed repairs.
