Dylan King at Arden Homes was wonderful to work with throughout the process. His patience, attention to details and follow- up were excellent. The builder did a great job at the final walk thru explaining all parts of the home. Many times seemed like this was more of a custom home than a spec home. Even before closing neighbors have been very nice. Just closed but appears my clients made an excellent choice of builder and neighborhood.

Arden Homes was a pleasure to work with. We were a bit hesitant to build given everyone's comments about how stressful building a home can be. I can happily say the process was stress-free thanks to Justin Mendenhall and our realtor, Jerri Banner. They gave us a step-by-step outline and followed it through. If we had a concern in between Justin made sure to personally take a look. We fully trusted Justin and would happily build again.

My experience with Andy, the neighborhood superintendent, was excellent! He has a high attention to detail, cares about his work and really went the extra mile. The construction site was always kept clean and neat, and my home was very clean upon move in. Jordan, at the design center, was helpful, had good suggestions and really cared about how my selections would look. They both communicated in a timely manner, were professional and service oriented. My new home is beautiful! I'm thankful to have worked with both Andy and Jordan.

It was a pleasure working with Arden Homes and specially Jordan who seemed to have all the answers to our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her and the Arden team. We are super excited with the new house and we are enjoying the new location. Looking forward to see the condo finalized.
